You could try Flomax. I took it while trying to pass kidney stones, it relaxes the sphincter muscles in your kidneys allowing more to pass out. The warning on the bottle was not to ejaculate while taking it because the load could reverse up into your kidneys since those sphincter muscles normally close during ejaculation.

I also watched the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare earlier in the week. Obviously it was over the top but the real people back in WWII did do some crazy shit because the regular soldiers were not prepared to deal with soldiers willing to not follow any rules of warfare at all. A better story about SAS commandos is Rogue Heroes on amazon and I really hope they do a second season of it following the European theatre of war.
