It was the UN plan to help all of Europe with their Jewish problem by making a country somewhere else to move them all out and have a controllable ally in the Middle East.

Britain was more than happy to give up control of Palestine where Jewish Zionist terrorists were killing Brits, while also getting the Jews out of the UK.

That was a ball of fiery goodness.

Maybe Germany should have cut out a portion of their own territory as restitution to the population they committed genocide upon instead of giving another populated land away without discussion with the current population of that land.

The PA exist to make sure the Palestinians are split between the West Bank where the PA has control and submits to the IDF, and Gaza where the IDF kills and commits war crimes and genocide while the Israeli govt funds Hamas.

My favorites recently are Lateralus, Descending, Tempest

Wings for Marie and 10,000 days one after the other if you want to be sad and know the story behind them.

I got a 2020 Hyundai Kona in 2020, currently at 60,000km and my repair bill so far is just over $600 CAD.

I have had a few fluid top ups while doing software updates, my brakes are still above 50%, there were a few free recalls that were software updates. The most expensive thing was replacing the tires which I just did this year and only because I had one tire get a non repairable puncture and didn't want one new tire and three 30% tires.

Set up a pump on the Surfside side of that connection and set it to backflow the sewage back up their pipes.

If they pay you turn off the pump then let them use your infrastructure otherwise they just get shit pumping back up their toilets.

They have a historical religious connection to a land from thousands of years and want the right to return there but don't believe the people that live there currently in Gaza and as refugees around the world have the right to return to their homeland, some literally have deeds for homes that Jewish settlers moved into after their families were forced out in the Naqba.

I would dispute that they have a DNA connection to that actual land as the Israeli govt has issues with Jewish people taking DNA tests because they are likely to show no DNA connection to historic Palestine and mostly connection to Europe and Russia.

Give them Austria or some European country that participated in the Nazi side of the WW2 conflict as reparations for the Holocaust.

Instead colonial powers of the world gave a land that already had a population with mixed ethnicity to a minority in that area, then armed them and backed them to take everything from the majority.

Other than the bad Baltimore accents, would you say The Wire reasonably portrayed life on the streets in Baltimore?

It seems that I qualify for the replacement, I'll follow up more when I have more time.

Fortunately I can keep my phone on my desk charging while I work with headphones on away from the desk.

My 6a battery had been fine lasting all day and half my evening but after this update last week, there is a exclamation mark in the battery and the phone is lasting half as long as it used to.

Just under 3 hours start to finish for medium rare.

A few years back my sister passed away, I'm now the only child my parents have left. They live a few hours away and have for as long as I have been with my partner (7 years).

My parents are planning on moving to the place we now live to be closer to me. This has my partner worried that they will be over often or I will be over at their house more often. Her parents are very far away so can only visit once a year.

My parents are not the kind of people to show up uninvited to anyone's house. They likely will come over once a month for dinner and I will probably go over by myself once a week.

We are both pretty private people so not having anyone over is just how we are and this potential change of more visits has her concerned that our privacy will be gone.

I am also fine with them not coming over often, I like it being just me and her but I do want my parents close when they have medical emergencies.

How do I approach this as currently she is a bit annoyed but taking a more "see how this pans out" attitude?

I don't exactly want to jump the gun and talk to my parents ahead of time to make sure they don't come over often because I don't think they will and it might sour their relationship to her if they think she doesn't want them over ever, even if I also don't want them over often.

I tried but there was no fourth world that was a connection to the fight for Super Earth.
