Tough call on this one.

Net neutral is essential but so is a strong retirement safety net. With demographic decline, increasing lifespans and whatever other fun the world throws our way in the next while... Well, you want that bad boy maxed out.

I'm also super curious how some of the cop's investments are classified. If memory serves, it owns a chunk of highways and airports so how are those calculated in terms of carbon?

That sounds like a great vacation, I wouldn't sweat the American thing. If you're up here, you're helping us out and most folks get that. Some kid might be a jerk here and there but I'd be stunned if you caught much, if any flak. (Now, if you were walking around in maga apparel, the calculus might be different but from your post that seems extremely unlikely.)

Come on up, have a blast!

How on Earth is this irrational? Why would they charge less than the maximum the market will bear? The paper is literally the Economist.

send some signals that that’s happening that you care deeply about this relationship, and you see it as a long term relationship, and America as a reliable somebody that you want as a reliable partner moving forward.

What the hell? Who on Earth sees America as a reliable partner you want for the long term? Did he just forget about trump ripping up the trade deal he himself signed his last term? What kind of a goof would place their trust in America nowadays?

It was, it.was just nowhere near as good so we all forgot about it.

I suppose that's the corollary, if you try to follow up the best action movie of the 21st century, best not miss.

All you have to do is make the best action movie of the 21st century and boom, franchise revived!

My folks have done this maybe 10 times without issue. There are whole websites etc, happy to pass on the one my parents used if you'd like. (I'd have ti ask etc or I'd just share it.)

Flaw 1) If Carney wanted to get richer, there are easier says to go about it.

Flaw 2) Party discipline is a norm, not codified. So if Carney does get his slim majority, a bare handful of the new, very tenuous MPs could easily stop them.

Flaw 3) Public polling in Quebec has shown approvals etc for pipelines ever since trump 2.0.

Flaw 4) BC and other provinces would demand similar handouts, which would be obvious at the start of such a program.

Flaw 5) Most of our pipelines etc have some degree of private ownership, that's how we build things in Canada.

Flaw 6) Come on.
