I would say it was a big failure for mtgox. If you get today what your bitcoin was worth 15 years ago, I think you have reasons to be angry

Bitcoiners are old-school, serious people. They highly dislike such bullshit as they have seen the entire "crypto" shitshow, and the AI bullshit is similar in many ways

If the consequences are definitive, we are less likely to see this again. If the consequences can be reverted, we are more likely to get out of these situations again. Both methods work
