Well that is a permanent solution to some kinds of pain

Yes. She knows her family better than you, trust her

Great idea, thank you for your feedback! I generated embeddings for repositories using a SVC model trained on a dataset containing almost all stars of Github. Recommendations are produced by finding the nearest neighbors in the resulting vectorial space. I might be improving this even further by including forks and watcher data in the future, but it's becoming expensive to train

Because it stores the ML model. Everything is local

You cannot even compare the 2. Intellij is so bad it crashes my machine. Vscode is fast

There is a ppa though. I trust the guy behind it, he has good history

Yeah, and they can't expect it to become mainstream if they build the experience around VR headsets

LLMs are tools. They are not sentient. You must not use a tool if you can't handle it

Funny to hear from the company that went all in to the point it renamed itself. The metaverse failure seems to have a big impact

It's late but it's still right

[–] Mubelotix@jlai.lu 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

How did you manage to differ?

[–] Mubelotix@jlai.lu 2 points 2 months ago

Yeah but they caused their economic collapse themselves. Their monetary policy was awful (spoiler : it's the same americans currently have)

I’ve been working on a new search engine system that’s fully peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party.

The goal is the index IPFS, a torrent-like file sharing system for all kinds of media

It’s written in Rust using libp2p. There is a daemon but it will eventually run in the browser with wasm
