Penguins don't own property, silly

Did Peter Ninth bet that horse number nine would come in 1st or something? After all of those nines, he went against it regardless, and lost? Peter needs to pick another pony if he's gonna gamble against all odds anyway
My last upgrade was from an s7 to an s21. I finally had the money to buy it outright/unlocked, and jumped on it when I saw the model had a plastic back.
Only downside is that AT&T won't let me use visual voicemail because I didn't buy it with their bloatware. I know it can be fixed, and I've tried a few things, but I just gave up in the end because it was too much hassle.
It'll probably be a long while before I upgrade again, but the fairphone does have my attention now. I'm already used to not having visual voicemail, so I'm sure I can adapt more to have the Samsung bloatware gone too. But I probably have another 3 to 4 years left with my s21 for now
"Therapy shopping"
It may not be the most financially responsible thing, but sometimes I just don't give a damn because it helps to do something nice for yourself.
Did I need to buy my PS5 without saving for it? Probably not. Do I regret it over a year later? Not even a little. It made me happy to buy it, it makes me happy to play it, and I would do it again if given the choice
I too am willing to venture onto page 2. The reviews are what are killing me now though. All the reviews are for the top 5 results, because nobody trusts anything from page 2, when it only has a few buyers and 3 reviews. It's cyclical
And if a product has multiple "styles" to choose from, all the reviews are lumped together, so it's near impossible to figure out which product they're actually talking about.
It's like I'm playing detective, just to determine if the keyboard stand I'm looking for will be worth a damn or not.
Already did earlier this month, specifically because of password issues. Canceled everything except our family music plan. Stremio with debrid works just fine for us
First time I heard peafowl at night, I honestly thought a woman was being murdered in the distance or something. I was a kid and had to ask my parents what was going on. I almost didn't believe them because I didn't even know there were peafowl down the road at all. But that memory always stuck with me lol
What a hot take, I've never thought about it like that before! Holy shit guys brb, I'ma go run to the store quick and buy a house! I've been bamboozled this whole time

I'm in the beginnings...and yes, with two Baofeng handhelds lol. Then I got a little SDR kit for receiving. Of course I also needed some cable adapters and ferrite cores, while I was at it. Oh, and the ARRL license manual to study for my technician license (I knew nothing about amateur radio prior to this rabbit hole, so it was actually really interesting to read)
Was supposed to have my technician license already, but life got a little chaotic. Was passing all the practice exams easy and just needed to sign up for the real exam. Hoping to get it done soon, but I have to brush back up a little. Then I'm hoping to move quickly to my general class, while the basics are still fresh.
Even started learning morse code and was getting better at it. Had the alphabet and numbers, could read it just fine, but the listening is what's hard... but still kinda fun. All the Q-codes and slang are what I think will take the longest if I really start getting into CW, but I know that'll be time/experience more than anything
But for now, I just listen-in on my SDR around my area when I can, and have maybe looked into how to grab some NOAA satellite images lol
So yeah, I can see this becoming a bit of a thing for me, because I keep learning more and more, and it all just seems so cool to me. Using the ionosphere to propagate, tropospheric ducting, or even using freaking meteor scatter! So much cooler than I ever thought when I knew nothing
"Omnism" is the closest definition to what I'm trying to define. Debates will never end, but I'm happy with my own path
Sommelier maybe?
