It helps to keep me lighthearted; the lightly-whimsical font (on just my phone) is easier on my brain. I work with a lot of intense situations that require a lot of critical thinking... so it's nice not to see the same font on my phone that I normally see when trying to mitigate an impending crash. It's just nicer for allowing my brain to switch gears between priorities... if that make sense?

I work critical care in a large hospital, and I've had to develop a bunch of coping skills to maintain my humanity/sanity as well as not bringing my work home with me everyday. Small changes can make a big impact sometimes

And I've learned to love the font. A lot of people may need the rigidity of a standard font, but I assume it's a per-basis situation

I never clicked it, so unfortunately we'll never know

Idk if this is the right community, but I was absolutely FLOORED this morning by this notification; and needed people to see (so I don't feel so crazy)

I'm moving and trying to sell a futon... so I'm using facebook marketplace. But it refuses to let me turn off notifications about "suggestions", and I guess I just have to deal with it for now

What the actual fuck kinda notification just popped onto my phone though (from facebook's marketplace)? Idk what to even do after seeing it, so here I am trying to make sense of it in anyway I can

What the actual fuck y'all?.

The insect was so high up that they had to use a long stick to get it down

"Want me to climb up to the canopy and see if I can grab it?"

"Nah, just hand me that long stick there"

I never noticed the HD option in Boost, thank you! I always just struggled through the pixels or gave up when it happened. Thank you again!

Did your girlfriend come to her senses, and realize how great those plates are?

Hell, I probably use my car more than those people. Especially after it got hail damage, ALL illusions of "not scratching it" went out the window.

I'm not driving business clients around; my car is a tool to help me get shit done, especially when I traveled for work

I would love to have a truck (because strapping a mattress to the roof of your car isn't the best), but I make what I got work lol

Quick question friends:

If I'm already using bitwarden and decide to switch to self-hosting it; can I import my usernames and such?

I would most likely change all the passwords, but being able to migrate the websites (with corresponding username) would be kinda nice

[–] MrShankles@reddthat.com 1 points 2 weeks ago

I do like using a good passphrase that includes the website name

Eventually, I'd like to switch to all generated through bitwarden or keypass, but I'd prefer to self-host when going that route

Was wondering if the medical field was large enough around here to have an active community (or if I'm just not finding it). Think we could get one going if there's enough of us here?
