I'm not sure I understand how counting line segments is a "game"

So you wanted to be William S Burroughs? Have you really thought this through?

That's the point where you just accept defeat and don't enter your calories for that day, telling yourself you'll somehow make up for it by not eating anything for the next 72 hours

Her super power is a fervent belief that the free VIP Gold customer card she got in the mail somehow means that no one in the store is allowed to disagree with her

It actually only gives her 10% off and was sent to every household in a 50 mile radius, but her righteous indignation level is over 9000 and she will not be defeated

According to the article the president offhandedly suggested that a ballroom be built by his company around 15 years ago, and whoever he suggested it to correctly ignored this idiotic idea. So basically he's going to spend $200 million dollars of tax payer money building a ballroom where one already exists as an act of exceedingly petty revenge because someone hurt his precious delicate feelings over a decade ago.

Seems pretty on brand

Why would you add an "s" to the word "chivalry" though?

I don't think it sounds stupid at all! I looked up some info on this and it appears the technology already exists in that RF and Infrared chargers can charge a device across the distance of a room already. I would worry about the safety aspects of the average consumer having access to some kind of wireless charging "router" though. With wifi if someone sets something up incorrectly the worst that could happen is that they just don't have good wifi, or they inadvertently give all the houses around them access to it, or someone hacks into it and steals their data. What would happen if someone manages to set up a charging router incorrectly? You could have overheating issues that could lead to battery degradation or even injuries. If some nefarious person gained access to it they could tell when Aunt Sally is using her rechargeable dildo, or they could make someone's TV remote blow up in their hand, or set someone's phone on fire in their pocket possibly?

I'll be honest I'm no expert on such things so this is all speculation on my part. I'm just very paranoid about this kind of thing. I suppose such a router could be restricted to only emmit a safe level of charging power but wouldn't that mean some items charge quickly while larger items take hours or even days to get a full charge?

That ought to keep the Green Bastard running smooth as silk!

I'm an 80s kid not a 2000s kid, but I found these while cleaning out a closet and thought you guys would appreciate them. These Magnetix toys came out around 2004/5 I think and were very popular until they were recalled in 2006 after a few kids ended up swallowing some of them. Apparently having multiple neodymium magnets coursing through your intestines is really bad... I don't remember why I bought them as I was like 24 in 2005 lol I'm sure I had a good reason though

I'm wondering what the hell he did at the gym to piss everyone off?

I got my first photo album in the early 90s when my parents gave me a Polaroid camera! Somehow I have now inherited my grandparents photo albums with pictures going back to the 1940s to the 80s when I was a kid and I love looking through them even though I don't know who all of the people are. It's a MUCH different experience than swiping through images on a phone and it makes me sad that younger people might never experience that

Well yeah, this is basically describing an obcessively jealous girlfriend with a complete lack of self confidence and no life of her own.

I'm sure if the post continued further we'd find that his mommy/child bride/servant is also terrified to ever leave the house without him.

BRAWNDO!!! IT'S GOT WHAT PLANTS CRAVE! ELECTROLYTES!

This is the radish type kkakdugi kimchi I made with Maangchi's recipe! This was literally one Korea radish lol it made so much I had to use two big mason jars! Because it made so much I had to adapt the recipie just a little, but I might use a tad less salt next time but otherwise it came out excellent! I kinda want to sit down and eat a whole jar of it now lol

I decided to take a break from Dracula's castle to do this little Super Saiyan Son Goku!

I'm using some very old aida cloth that my aunt gave me and I thought it was 14ct but it's definitely smaller! This stuff is from the 80s and it kinda feels like I'm stitching on a well worn old T-shirt lol

My mom's dog Hank. He's quite a character

This was my first attempt at fermenting anything! I also added a serrano pepper in there but the onions aren't particularly spicy. It went well otherwise though and these taste like the most onioniest onions I've ever tasted lol

They went really well on the salad I got at the grocery store this morning and they might be good on sandwiches or in a stew but I will use them sparingly because they are a VERY strong flavor...

As much as I like the way they taste, the smell they created while they were fermenting was honestly just horrendous lol

I think this weekend I will make some radish kimchi which hopefully will not smell nearly as strong

On the left I have pickled red grapes! I had never even heard of such a thing before but there were a surprisingly large number of recipes online so I figured I would try it!

On the left we have my third attempt at pickled rhubarb! Personally I really liked the first two batches, but everyone else I let try them puckered their faces and said the flavor was good but that they were extremely sour... So this time in addition to adding more sugar like I did in batch 2 but also sliced the rhubarb much more thinly. We'll see how it goes I guess 🤷‍♂️

Both of these should be fairly sweet pickles once they're done, and I added star anise and cinnamon for flavor

Besides cars it also apparently can register me walking down the sidewalk!

SWIFTER THAN EAGLES!!!!

I've had a lot of other stuff going on so I haven't got as much done as I like but I'm past the halfway point!

The one on the right is pickled rhubarb, the one in the middle is jalapenos, and the one on the left is like a super thin sliced onion habanero uh... relish? I'm not sure what to call that or if it already has a name lol
