Can someone please explain who this lady is? I've seen her in other memes, they all have this "documentary host/ journalist" style. I presume she must be some well known journalist or news anchor?

Well in the first image she's probably got her eardrums blown away by the lady in black. In the second, she's spotted the photographer, and she didn't consent to her photo being taken. So yes. She has concerns.

Are the toxins in the saliva a product of bacteria (as it happens with komodo dragons) or do the mammals themselves produce the toxins?
In the last frame there is a thing that looks like a post it note or a paper stuck to the wall which we don't see in the previous two frames - and they're all supposed to be the same image, only zoomed in. It's too blurry to be read but it appears to have something written on it, any clues as to what that is?
