I read some of my older writing and honestly I'm happy with the quality of the prose. I'm pretty good at establishing a tone, dialogue doesn't feel clunky and it feels natural to read. I don't know how good my description of environments is though, it might be a bit too technical, and I had bigger problems with tone, pacing and overall narrative structure. Its clear that when I was writing I didn't really know where I was going with the story (and I still don't).
