It's hilarious when people put a pronoun into a sentence in a stupid way. Like 'hi they' instead of 'hi moss'.That shit is so funny to me

Definitely change your eating habits, 680 calories is an extremely low amount of food. I've had a lot more success not paying too much attention to calories and weights and just relying on what my body tells me and what I know. If I'm hungry I'll eat - starving yourself is not an effective means of weight loss - but I'll eat something healthier than chocolate or something. I've found it really helpful to have easy healthy snacks around, especially grapes or crackers, because I can just munch on them whenever I'm feeling snackish and then my meals end up not being too big

My honest advice would be to stop weighing yourself regularly. Maybe this isn't the best from a physical perspective, but it's helped me mentally a lot. I judge my body on the way I look and feel instead of what the numbers say and it's made me both healthier and happier.

But I really understand how frustrating it is to see what looks to be like negative progress, but believe me, two days is not a significant amount of time in the lifespan of your body. Being healthy takes time, unfortunately, and it's easy to be discouraged when it takes more time than you want. Venting is very much allowed

Bring a bottle of ice through. It's not a liquid get, so it should be fine, right?

I have to discipline myself with the songs I like. Tusk used to be my favourite song but I listened to it way too much and now I'm not that into it.

Spotify, I like Dont Fear the Reaper a lot. It's one of my favourite songs. I won't like it if you try to play it to me four times in one day.

I really don't like beer except for this one belgian beer I got for my housemate for Christmas. It was 10% and easily the best beer I've ever had

Do you spend much time with other people? I've been in those circumstances too, like those things exactly, and I usually find that spending time with others makes me feel a lot better. Its a lot less predictable and boring, even when I'm not with friends.

If you have friends around, I'd recommend reaching out to them and trying to organise any kind of socialisation as often as you feel you can. If you don't have any friends around, try looking for clubs and societies around you.

Also I find that when I'm doing something productive I feel better than when I'm not. Creative things are great, like writing and drawing, but sometimes I'm feeling shit and don't have any inspiration, so then I bake some bread or go swimming or do a workout. It feels a lot better to do something with your hands and see a tangible product or do some exercise and feel tired than to sit in front of a computer.

I hope any of this is useful to you. The worst loops I get in are when I don't look forward to anything and don't want to do anything, so I don't do anything and then end up feeling miserable for not doing anything. Taking that step to break the loop and do something that will make my body feel good, even if in my mind it feels like it won't, helps me.

I'm in the same boat, I barely own anything other than clothes and my laptop because all my money goes to food and rent. My housemate once said my room was really boring, and like, yeah, no shit, I can't afford decorations and I don't own things

No one is allowed to post about computer things anymore. I don't understand it so you can't talk about it
