In short: install battle net launcher, the use that to install any blizzard game.

I’ve had luck with Lutris in the past: Install Lutris, search for the battle net installer, once that is installed in it’s own wine prefix you install the games as usually and it will end up in the same prefix.

Last time I was having problems though, so I setup a wine prefix via winetricks instead and installed the same fonts that the Lutris install script adds. Then I got it running.

What are my options for emulating Xbox or PS5 games on PC, preferably Linux, if there are any good?

My next problem would be acquiring NHL25 rom or whatever it’s called these days. I’ve been out of the piracy loop for a few years, but a relative wants to play that specific game and doesn’t feel like shelling out cash for a console.

Searching has given me some ideas, but some first hand experience or pointers would be appreciated, thanks in advance

I see, that's what I was suspecting. I wonder if someone has a solution to what I want to achive. Is it even possible to export the photos in one go? (not manually downloading them I mean)

That’s not clarifying things for me I’m afraid. Are you saying that the photo upload from on phones will end up on the drive, and since they are files they will be downloaded to my PC? My understanding is that photos are not treated the same way as files in Proton.

Hey all, I’m thinking of moving my whole family over to Proton Family, mostly for the combination of multiple email accounts for our custom domain and shared storage.

But I have some considerations, currently we have a single account from another storage provider where we all ~~sync~~ upload photos to different folders. I then have a sync to PC so I always have a local backup of everything, both in case anything happens to the provider and also if I want to switch provider everything is already exported.

My question is, is it possible to have something similar with proton? Can the proton client sync both files and photos to PC? I’ve tried reading up but it’s not clear to me.

Thanks in advance edited for clarity
