Ich habe vorher noch nie in meinem Leben was von Monteurszimmern oder Monteurswohnungen gehört und beim suchen finde ich erst mal nur Seiten die sowas vermitteln. Was ist denn der prinzipielle/rechtliche oder sonstige Unterschied zu AirBnB?

You are right, maybe the y-axis of the diagram I remember was scaled for a larger range and it looked like it was stagnating, but with those numbers it really seems reasonable.
Gibt es irgendwo eine Statistik wo man dieses Verhältnis für jede KV sehen kann?
I was wondering the same thing for Germany, our population is stagnating, but apparently we need 400,000 new apartments per year (according to our government). Maybe because there are more divorces and singles nowadays who want to live alone?
I can't give you a clear answer, maybe bots? Something is "missing" here on Lemmy, as somedays I spent as much as 8 hours on Reddit, whereas I spent 30 min at most per day here on Lemmy. It feels like Lemmy is mostly informative for me and not so much entertainment. But good riddance, I have so much more time to read books now!
Unter welchen Umständen muss man sich darüber überhaupt Gedanken machen? Ich habe mich schon lange gefragt ob ich jetzt Fischöl Kapseln oder sonstiges zu mir nehmen soll, aber Menschen haben sowas vor 100 Jahren ja auch noch nicht genommen.
People asking this often forget that spending less time online is an option as well. I would say I was pretty addicted to reddit doomscrolling between 3 and 8 hours per day. I exclusively use Lemmy now and doomscrolling just does not work here, so I spend 30-60 min per day here and have much more time to read books now, something I wanted to pursue more for a long time.
I don't quite understand the percentages, what is the difference between 100% and 65% + Vibrant Plugin?
