I would also love a source. I keep seeing the claim made over and over. It's certainly plausible, and should be easily provable.

We've come a long way, baby.

You're not going to Heaven
Eat a thousand crackers, sing a million hymns
None of you are going to Heaven
You're not my children, you're a bad game of Sims

Good to see these two still making music. Saw them live 6-7 years ago, was a great show.

According to a translator,

Turnover shares of the top 20 publicly traded payment companies

I admit to not knowing what this means and not caring enough to look it up. But I agree with both of you, Amex is way outsized and Fiserv/Global seem out of place. Not sure about PayPal because they seem to operate under their own rules.

Frank Rizzo would be proud.

I hate that I've said this more than once recently.

I don't think I've thought about this episode in like 30 years. Yet I can hear the line like it was yesterday.

With possumpat.io going offline soon, I figured it's worth talking about where to move what little content gets posted here. There's Gundam and Gunpla comms on both world and Blåhaj, but they're pretty dead with inactive mods. The logical home would seem to be ani.social, but there's no existing comm there.

I have zero interest in being a mod. Dunno if anyone else wants to give it a whirl, or if there are active comms I missed. The other option is to just be a very small minority in the general anime comms. Which is probably the logical choice, just kind of a bummer since Gundam is very much its own thing at this point. Huge in the grand scheme of things, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of overlap with the general Lemmy demographic.
