Certified hood classic. This one triggered an ex coworker so bad, the rest of us were desperately looking for a suitable plushie to adopt as the team mascot, "Big Brownie."

Only $1500? Was the hospital across the street?
The frantic pacing continues. Jump cut, jump cut, info dump, jump cut, info dump, jump cut, flashback, jump cut, Eva 01 ver. Fred barrette insta-fryer demo, oh yeah Machu, credi-no wait here's some more info dump.
I'm liking the story, but it feels like things are being knocked down as soon as they're set up. I can't help but wonder if this was supposed to have a longer run that got nixed.
Either Xavier or Kycilia (I am having a lot of trouble following the frantic pace) dropped the bomb that Gihren was jealous of Kycilia having the Newtype Corps all to herself, so Gihren is making cyber newtype clones.

Doppelgängers don't count... I think
Gotcha. Very brief explainer (apologies if this is old news for you):
The main Lemmy front end software is a web page which displays data from the back end (like Reddit). Dedicated apps like mlem and voyager can pull the data from the back end and display it however they want (like how Reddit used to be). The actual website used is different depending on which instance a user is signed up on (completely unlike Reddit).
Your account is on lemm.ee, so the default web front end is https://lemm.ee/. (Mine is on slrpnk.net, so I would use https://slrpnk.net/) You can login there and try an upload - at the very least it should let you know whether the problem you're having is with the app or not.
I'm on voyager/ios and haven't run into anything like that. I half-remember reading somewhere that lemm.ee has some restrictions on media uploads, but IIRC it was more related to new accounts. There may or may not be a file size limit as well, I'm not sure. Have you tried testing with the native web interface?
I just use the native Lemmy photo upload. Not ideal for multiple photos/albums but it bypasses dedicated hosts trying to funnel everyone to their site instead of just serving the image.
You don't need to pull a gun, jeebus.
I love the fact that the channel evolved from dunking on the uninformed public to full blown documentaries.
I always heard that name as "Al McHogan."
Either way, fuck supper.
Huh, have only ever seen the final form of this one. Didn't realize there was a progression.
I just finished the RG Zeta a few weeks ago after several years of on and off poking at it. It looks a bit off, I don't think I collapsed the hip section properly. But at this point I don't want to touch it. Every joint feels like it's either going to flop, or doesn't want to move. I have a set of waterslides for it, but I don't know if I have the patience.
