A lot of Germans have Polish ancestry. Either because their families migrated to Germany during the industrial revolution or because they moved to Germany after the wall came down.

It's so wild that they can brand their mystery meat tubes whatever the fuck they want, like, in my country you can call a sausage a "veal liver sausage" if there is 0% actual baby cow liver inside, but the monent you call a sausage-shaped piece of soy with a common sausage spice mix that's supposed to be prepared like a sausage anfd that tastes so similar to sausage that i don't want to eat it a "veggie sausage", you've crossed a red line and are "misleading the consumer" because they could accidentally buy murder-free treats.

Yeah, i did that a lot when i was on reddit. Was about the shittiest thing i could do on there for my mental health, and that's saying something given that it's fucking reddit we're talking about.

There really is no safe OTC way to do DIY HRT, unless you stick with stuff that will do fucking nothing. In fact, doing actual DIY HRT is significantly safer than fucking around with a weak monoamine oxydase inhibitor like grapefruit juice, especially if you do not want to go full hog to begin with (by full hog, i mean the really effective treatment regimens like either taking high dose estradiole or combining estradiole with an anti-androgen). Estradiol gels in particular are a really low risk way to do HRT.
