What Apple Watch is the more worth it? Broke my gen 1 SE and looking to get something new. Looking to get jump to series 7 or 8 (new or used) as opposed to getting another SE. Is the 8 that much better than the 7? Looking for a nicer screen, so are there any differences between the two?
