I'm going to recommend, in addition to meditation, that you look into IFS Therapy. You can see an actual therapist about it, but you can also just read a book on the subject and do it yourself unless you have really deep trauma or addictions to deal with. The guy who invented it has several books, but I recommend Self Therapy by Jay Earley as it is based around working on your own and is basically like meditation with the purpose of resolving your inner issues. My ADHD brain has improved a ton since I started doing it. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. This is my current Hyperfocus, so I'm already way down the rabbit hole on research. 😁

One Raga to a Disco Beat, by Glass Beams This is a cover of someone else's song, but I listened to this and immediately bought both of Glass Beams' albums.

The ancient power was the equivalent of a futuristic computer virus. The other power that the computer virus attacked and destroyed essentially programmed Pham with the antivirus, but because human are so simple, it overwrote his personality and used him like a computer to destroy the virus entity. Pham was in a fugue state for so much of that last trip because his brain was doing stuff that human brains aren't really designed for. I forget if this word is actually used in the book, but I have heard the term, "god shattered", to describe this state. So Pham was programmed with the antivirus and sent off to stop it, which he did, but he was basically destroyed in the process.

Regrettably, most of my mass is in a direction I would have to call, "down"...

It irritates me so badly! All I want is a sporty hatchback to replace my BMW i3, since BMW has apparently decided that only sedans are valid vehicles and NOBODY is selling anything compelling in the US! My 2017, carbon fiber chassis, orca should not still be the pinnacle of small electric cars 7 years later!

I'm not sure where you are from, but coming from the US I can say that olive oil gets a bad rap because most of the grocery store stuff is rancid and low quality. I'm currently traveling in Spain and high quality olive oil is truly sublime. Also be aware that, like wine or coffee, different types have vastly different flavors, so see if you can find a specialty shop that will let you sample several and see what you like.

Ooh! Tell me about this! I'm wanting to make a rye sourdough, but I'm having a hard time sourcing rye flour locally. Did you make a starter specifically for rye, or use a more normal flour starter? Anything special to your process? Your grain structure looks great!

I had to look up what this was (I'm from the Midwest). It sounds incredible and I felt my arteries hardening up just looking at the picture! I can't wait to try it!
