Integration with everything else I use (Mac, Apple Watch, HomePods, Apple TV, iCloud, Apple TV+ etc.) and the fact that I never have to worry about it not working.

Rant (but suggestions welcome): I traded in an iPhone which Apple marked down to £0. I accidentally hit Accept and now Apple can’t undo it, even 1 minute after the mistake. in c/apple@hardware.watch

Well if you traded it in for a new device wouldn’t they just return it if you canceled that order? Or would you get some kind of store credits?

I literally don’t see any difference in my day to day other than swapping faces being harder now (that change is dumb af). I quite like the widgets screen but I’d swap how you invoke it with Control Center.
