Absolutely. I would add though that when looking at mainstream music only (or radio music) for a rock fan it has gotten significantly worse, just for the fact that rock has made way for other genres. But if you look for it all that good music from "back then" is still being made, just at a smaller scale. I think that's one of the reasons for this "there's no good music anymore". In the mainstream, for people who dislike pop/rnb etc? yes. In general? No way There is so much good music out there today, you just have to look for it.

I would encourage anyone who wants to see a certain community on Lemmy to just create it themselves. Even if you don't want to moderate it forever, you can always let someone else take over the reigns.
Same here. I unsubbed most of the "time waster" subreddits and kept only the niche communities that aren't established anywhere else yet. I'm checking out mastodon next

I'm right with you. I'm a huge fan of the whole souls (games) fashion thing and usually prefer cool armour over stat bonuses (if the game doesn't become impossibly hard because of it).
Yes, content DLCs are my preference as well. I can understand cosmetic shops in free to play games though. I don't necessarily like them, but they at least make sense to me, but not in full priced games.
