Reminds me of the "lighting from the sky" clips. Can't tell if he's trying to praise someone or he's just kinda not very smart.
The capital gains changes are what closed this loophole and narrowed the gap. It is an excellent piece of policy that maintains fairness at all levels of the taxation system.

Methane and CO2 are very different. Methane is inert, but CO2 can form carbonates. Once a carbonate is formed the CO2 is solid and will not bubble to the surface.
Regardless, if a vaccinated person and an unvaccinated person get the disease, the chance of survival for the unvaccinated person is much lower.
