I'm thinking one would be best off writing a virtual machine hypervisor to run Python code, like facebook did to run their PHP as close to the bare metal as they could get it.

No-where in the Community Sidebar is it stated or implied that the Godot project is officially tied to this community or its members in any way, so your edit is petty and stupid, even though I agree downvotes you've recieved suck. The red state where I live is just California-adjacent, with less id-pol distractions from all the anti-youth, anti-protest, anti-immigrant, anti-minority fuckery that is all-to-alive and well there. I'll remind you, also, that the legal overreach within 100 miles of the border means no-one, of any persuasion, is any safer from the government in California, Maine, New York, what-have-you, than my neighbors and I are in what is otherwise an irredeemable hell-scape portion of the country, or so I am told.
Edit: It occurs to me that not everyone knows about the 4th-Amendment-Free zone within 100 miles of the USA's borders, including all coastlines, and encompassing several entire states.
