As a Richmond native, how did I not know this? I'll check it out.
Machindo
Obsidian is so so good.
I don't even mind to pay for their sync service to support them. You can even encrypt your vault (notebook) with your own key.
I use syncthing on my phone to backup photos to a drive on my homelab.
Something doesn't seem right about that.
You're supposed to work 40+ years to pay off a 20 year debt to society? That doesn't seem fair.
Also you didn't chose to be born, I don't think you owe anyone anything for having to grow to reach an age where you have agency over yourself.
That doesn't make sense and you know it. It's stupid and vindictive.
It means so much to me that you wrote all this. It'll take a couple reads to really internalize it. Thank you.
This answer is so perfect and so pragmatic.
It's the thing I'd love to tell in the heat of the moment but always bungle the delivery.
I feel deeply the sentiment that I've been lucky but that's all it's been is luck. I don't think I deserve what I have. No one should have to scrounge just to survive.
Thanks for this.
I definitely vibe with the Marxism/Leninism but I don't know how to put it into practice.
I hate the Democratic party and I thought joining the Democratic Socialists of America was a good thing to do. Is the DSA not extreme enough or have they been to complicit with the establishment. My initial question was prompted by the meme which indicated the DSA.
I am so torn as to how to be effective at both the federal and state/local elections.
What is the best thing I can do?
(Side question, the rest of Lemmy, that seems mostly liberal/leftist seems to act like Lemmygrad is too extreme. I think you all are great so I'm confused. Also they call you tankies which seems unfair the way they mean it.)
Sorry I'm bumping an old post but I'd like to understand why the hate for the DSA.
I'm an extreme leftist in most people's opinions and I like the values of the DSA.
Please be kind.
Same but with the addition of a Brewfile to manage installed apps/CLIs (supports both Mac and Linux)
Thanks!
