I too cannot remember what his face actually looks like. Years of having his face subtly and not-so-subtly shrunken in memes has made any video I see him in feel... uncanny I guess? it's hard to describe, it just looked wrong.

Getting ready to possibly have to sue my kid's school district because the state implemented a cell phone ban and the district refuses to address the fact that he has a documented history of autistic meltdowns where he goes into full on Flight mode and has made it out of the building on multiple occasions. He kept getting suspended because he'd barrel through any adult that got in his way until he finally calmed down. At like 8 years old mind you, he's 14 now. "Oh we'll just set up a BIP." Oh you mean that thing your staff and faculty IGNORED for fucking years because there was never any mention of any of the fucking outbursts you'd call me about regarding him hitting someone because they refused to leave him alone and you did nothing about when he told you? That BIP?

We didn't even want to get him a fucking phone in the first place! That's the compromise we made with the district years ago because they kept losing my fucking kid, refused to okay any other kind of tracker, and adding him to our plan with a cheapo smartphone was the the only one they'd okay that we could afford.

Sorry for the rant. I get really angry when I think about the way my brother and I were screwed over by the public school system and watching it repeat itself in New and Exciting ways with my own kids.

My family's income rose by about 300 dollars per month a few months ago. We immediately lost about 250 dollars per month in rental assistance and SNAP benefits. But it's totally individual choices that keep us in poverty. If we just budgeted better we cou- Wait. No, scratch that. We also get in trouble for having too much money in savings and assets. We'd actually lose all our benefits before we managed to save up any appreciable amount of money.

Definitely our fault we're in poverty and definitely has nothing to do with the Democrats means testing every assistance program without any regard to what other assistance programs someone might be on in an effort to seem "fiscally responsible" with these programs.

Oh we also get in trouble for having too much money in savings or other assets. There is basically no "climbing out of poverty," you either stay right where you are or through some miracle immediately rocket out. There is no in-between.

That's just our federal laws. For instance if you say looked at Trump's indictment from the classified documents case you'd see a bunch of stuff like "18 U.S.C. § 793(e)" which tells you what part of the United States Code he was charged with violating.
