Unfortunately, this is normal. Allow yourself to ride the waves. It will take you quite a while to heal.

I always like to say:
Grief is the fence pole and you are the tree. The pole will never just go away but over time you will grow around it and continue upward, regardless.

Give yourself grace to feel like shit.

Have you ever seen the "the cheese is under the sauce" meme video?

The mics are in the spaceship.

Apply whatever context you want to make it weird. It reappy doesn't matter to me how you feel about it.

[–] Mac@mander.xyz 1 points 1 day ago

Every single one of you is applying extra context to the situation to purposefully make it weird.
That's fine, you are free to feel however you want about it.

It makes me sad that our society isn't built to a point where we can care for the misguided and make even their lives better.

There was not a single person who thought they weren't being facetious. It's weird you felt the need to point out their clarification being unnecessary

Hello,
Thank you for your response.

Per my last comment you will see that i don't consider myself in a position to make a judgement on that.
This is because my knowledge of 'toys' for that particular genetalia is limited. You'll note that my comment referring to the 'toys' to be used with a penis was about health and safety and didn't mention pleasure at all. I am not in possession of the level of knowledge required to make similar judgements for 'toys' for any other genetalia.

If you have any other questions feel free to shove them up your ass--make sure your choice in toy has a flared base or other method of extraction.

Thank you.

It's okay, we all make mistakes—just ask my parents.

Most of us are here on Lemmy having individually made the decision to evade the enshitification of other sites.
...And it's worked.

Friend had a get-together for the holiday and about half an hour before i was planning to leave i decided to see if the ol' pig would start. It's been sitting for at least eight or nine months.
Kicked it over a few times and it fired right up so i put air in the tires, got gas, and hopped on the highway.

What a machine.

My friend has like an acre or so of backyard with a creek and a bunch of trees and we have a little track going through it for the little bikes but it's so fun to stuff the big bikes through it, too. lol

Bikes in attendance!
Honda XR650R
KTM 500EXCF
KTM 250XC
Yamaha WR450F
Yamaha TTR110
Yamaha TTR90
Yamaha YZ80 (?)

[Picture shows the light centered on the seatpost using my 'fixed' housing]

The Lezyne Zecto Drive 200+ was designed to mount off-center on the seatpost of your bicycle, for some reason.
I did a very basic redesign and printed a new rear housing so it's mounted and centered properly.

You can see in the picture below that the groove for the seatpost in the Lezyne housing is offset to one side. I assure you: it is noticeable and annoying.
I designed a basic rear housing with a groove in the center to remedy the position and put band-hooks in mirrored positions on either side—another thing the Lezyne didn't do, for some reason.

This is V1 out of PLA Pro and if I like it i will ask a friend of mine to print it in CF-infused nylon.

I'm also planning a hard-mount version via a bolted clamp, because that's my style, but i didn't have the correct length bolts on hand.

I need to do more meal-prepping. I've been thinking of burritos or pasta.
There's a delicious (and easy!) veggie pasta salad i did once that's on my list.

What have you been doing lately?
Or just share your favorites!

Edit: Thank you everyone for the great suggestions! So many of these are getting added to my notes!

Looks like the first day is May 17 but there are more on the schedule.

So cool.

Thank you for sharing, everyone!
I'm slowly going through the comments and enjoying a variety of good and interesting music!

Because they're hill areas.

It just occurred to me that my internet dialect in my IRL dialect are slightly different in a few ways. Curious to hear others dialectal differences and thoughts on the subject.
