My only concern with Jim, is the possibility of the game passing on his style. It's been a while since he left the 49ers for Michigan. Can anyone tell why I might be wrong or what I've missed out.

I want a competent offensive coaching staff. Screw it, bring on the likes of Jim Harbaugh, I don't care if he's a douche.

I'm sure/convinced the coaching is holding this team back now.
