I was afraid that he won't make a jump and it will make for dark humor comedian. Instead we have got the drunken gay party at the roof celebrating freedom from past obligations and regrets. They were filled with hope to complete bucked list of dreams before they change into zombies.
Sometimes humans need just a little push and change of circumstances to open up and be true to our painful emotions. I will be observing what the series will bring to the table.

The abysmal level of emotional intelligence portrayed by characters in the show are infuriating. They cry from any reason, can't process emotions and just move on. Because of lack of understanding of emotions from writers whole AI, Humanoids, Humans, Robots dynamic suffers greatly.

So we got Sherlock Holmes esque series. 1 episode was giving different vibes. Draging the mystery for 3 episodes isn't good for weekly releases. Classic TV detecive series works by solving one mystery per episode. For 2 episode also could work. Like we are given a bunch of clues in one episode and a solution in the next. The whole tension of mystery isn't working.
Pacing is off for me. Like right now we know that murderer is that vampire hunter that was killed in self defense, but in next episode we expect that we will get a plot twist.
Very good comedy show and we wait for the dark secret to be reaveled. Quite similar setup to maho shojou magical destroyers but with actual plot in every episode.
Quite hard to do if you look for character that is pursuing enlightenment and not the viewer that is enlightened during the series/film.

Another excellent episode. Great animation as always. Rudeus can't quite move on but he made some friends.
