It's the oddest choice to sue FromSoftware because Elden Ring, a Souls-like which, is advertised to be a very difficult game. Personally, I stay away from Fromsoft games because of their difficulty, I play games for fun; any game that requires an extreme amount of skill right out off the bat is simply not it to me. I guess this person can waste their money doing whatever they'd like; I don't see them having any hope of winning this frivolous lawsuit.
After a short and social battery draining work week; I am doing better. Day 2 of 4 off, I can sink deep into Astroneer and recharge! I'll also get laundry done, a short shopping trip accomplished too. At some point, there's no rush to get either task done.

There are already some fuckwits (Apple, Anthropic, Nvidia, Salesforce) who actively scrapped content from YouTube titles and videos; data laundering that stolen content, but if you prompt their AI just right, you can see the direct influence the stolen data has on whatever the LLM generates. I would love to see this kind of repurposing of properties to be far more common! Malls tend to be fairly central, so they make ideal locations for being nearby everything a person could need in a residential setting.

Yeah, that would be best. I still keep certain things separate because of enshittification can strike at any time! However, I don't think that Proton will ever get that deep into the becoming shittier train; I could be 1000% wrong about it, as I'm aggressively huffing copium right now. I've pretty much made Google one of my throwaway accounts that stays isolated from anything important. So I can dump that terrible company at a moment's notice without worry.
I'm worried about this game now; I want this game to be good, because Obsidian are very competent storytellers! However, pushing Avowed this far back makes me wonder if they merely needed more time. That we'll actually get a fantastic game next year. Also, a part of me thinks this will be a Cyberpunk 2077 situation all over again. From absolute tatters to finally decent game after numerous post launch patches.
