Keep Justin, fire coaching staff, hire competent coaches. The problem with that is that I have no confidence that the Bears can hire competent coaches.

Watching the DVRed game right now. It's 26-14 with like 5 minutes left. Knowing they end up losing is just wild. That's so Bears.
