No, a cone can have any flat shape as its base, wherefor a pyramid - which only has four sides - is also a cone.
A pyramid is just a cone with a square base.

And if they use the dark pattern of a fake in-app review, so that they can redirect only the good ratings to the app store while opening a "feedback form" for bad ratings - I will actually go out of my way and open the app store and give them a one-star anyway.
This graph is useless without a source. We don't know how the data was collected or how many data points are included (or discarded). This is probably just lying with statistics 101.
