So in the second one are they straining the blood out and trying to keep the bodies in? I can't seem to place what that one is

I just see Arthur, Morgana, and Merlin In the beige one. Can't place who the second character would be though

Look, that part of the Bible was written by the Obama administration, it was a clear set up.

Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years after leaving office, but his son said the symptoms were there in 84, before he started his second term.

It's like a time honored tradition around here

Only if you forget to return

I think the key is that population growth is around .6% right now. So that's over $2m a year, or rather 171,000 people per month.

So assuming there were an average rate of retirements and kids getting older.. id imagine any number less than 171,000 new jobs a month will result in higher unemployment over time.

Maybe someone can point out why I'm wrong there. Could be missing something

Reminds me of how his father was arrested at a KKK rally, yet people argued you don't know if he was a member or not, he was just arrested there. Papers at the time had varried information, some reporting all 7 people arrested were in robes. One said 6 were robes, 1 was not, but that person's name was not Trump. Hard to say for certain.

We do know a man named Woody Guthrie wrote a song about Fred Trump in the 50s about him racially segregating his neighborhood and that in the 1970s the U.S. DOJ sued the Trump organization for violating the Fair Housing Act do to their discrimination. At that time the chair was Fred, and the president of the company was a man named Donald Trump, who is now our President.

Wish it said the purpose of this test. I can find what payload it can carry and that it's end goal is to carry payloads to suborbital space, but was the purpose here to just test if it could get off the ground? For it to go up and suddenly stop going up it has to lose power somewhere, unless the purpose of the test was actually to get off the ground and bring it back down where it was and it strayed off the pad. Which if that was the case, it's a much harder task and I'd expect them to have a few tries

Yeah, I wouldn't even be surprised if the military was completely ignoring him in such regards, if Hegseth was stopping weapons shipments to Ukraine without the president knowing why should we believe he knows anything that is going on with them. He's probably just a racist, sexist, pedophile being used as a puppet because it appeals and upsets enough people to be used as a guise.

Then report their comment and move on. This form of "consequence" is but harassment that doesn't cast you in a good light either. We all have bad days, we all get agrivated by things sometimes. If you need someone to vent with you can message me directly if you like, but I would advise taking a step back after reporting the original comment because you may look back on this as them being mean, but regret your actions as well.

They might not be enforcing it strongly enough, but it's already illegal. Meaning the punishments and review process should just be reviewed/changed. That said if you look at where everyone made giant amounts of money last year it was Nvidia. It wasnt about insider information. The company just took off, and the legislative branch has actually put restrictions on the company, not voted to allow them to operate freely. Had Nvidia been able to sell in China and build more factories there the company would have been able to increase more rapidly. So the insider information would have been to sell Nvidia stock, not buy it.

If we want to fix the issues at its core we need to find ways to ban everyone from investing in the stock market, not just government members.

Use the block button and move on. Otherwise you are breaking Lemmy's harassment rules.

I haven't used bazzite before but was looking into handhelds for my spouse and was curious if anyone has installed bazzite on a GPD Win 4, I heard some kinks hadn't been worked out with SteamOS on that hardware so I was curious about people's experiences. Or rather is that hardware more than needed? Would she be better off with a unit that comes with SteamOS for cheaper as it runs everything you have thrown at it?

The article left me with more questions than answers but at least it is an attempt.

For one, is a single axel propelling the entire rig at that point?

So I remembered a bookmark I used to have and went to look in Chrome and it was there. Went to export the bookmarks and import them into my current browser. Apparently unless you are on a desktop there is no export option for Chrome in Android now? I know it exists on Chromium based browsers because it exists in Cromite.

Not sure this counts as enshittification, but it definitely seems like an effort to make users not move away from using their product.

I get asked to check the box to prove I'm human multiple times a day, from opening an article on here, to going to cloudflare.com to see if they had advice on not getting hit with it all the time.

If I have a VPN active and/or I am using a secure browser I always tend to get it. Currently using PIA and Cromite. Is there anything short of just giving up privacy that can be used to verify and maybe hold like a token lease so I can maybe only do it once a day or once per VPN connection?

Bold claims, but that energy density would be amazing.

"Nah, lemmy users are notably worse informed and more opinionated that redditors. At least on reddit there was r/ConfidentlyIncorrect to make fun of. No need for that on lemmy."

Everyone knows it from somewhere

"But tires"

Ban all vehicles over 5000lbs to start without a specialized license and extremely heavy fees to have them. EVs are dropping in weight daily, ICE vehicles have been increasing in weight to dodge policies. One is a means to an end, the other is a means to profit.

Profit for few vs humanity's existance.. which should we choose?

Water Usage - My power/water company popped up showing my water usage from December 2023 vs 2024, it claims I used 24 gallons last year and 13 gallons this December. That can't be right... how much water do you use each month?

I fill water for chickens outside, water two small garden plots, obviously dishes, showers, toilet, bidet, and the washer machine should be using a lot more than that...

The article seems to be shittily written in my opinion but I figure if you watch the video (about a minute) it will get the point across.

My question lies in, do you think this will benefit the health of the people moving forward, or do you fear it being weaponized to endorse or threaten companies to comply with the mention of Kennedy being tied to its future as mentioned in the end of the article

Life does a lot, normally figures out how doggy works, but sorry for the language. If anyone here has worked in a cooler before, not just walk in fridges for restaurants or such I am looking for advice. They inquired about boots. I assume I need gloves, but what am I forgetting? ChapStick? Unknown? Please share and if you know what is cheap to acquire maybe recommend what you know. Thanks.

Does this burning at 200 j/g really mean it would be a lot safer or do you chalk this up to be company propaganda. Clearly it is a lot lower than gasoline, but since 600-900 proved to still be an issue, could this be enough to stabilize people's fears you think?
