Najbardziej prawdopodobnym wytłumaczeniem są te same społeczności na różnych instancjach.

I to się różnie nazywa. W aplikacji Sync to się nazywa Posty, ale to zależy od widzimisię dewelopera (ale dla uproszczenia, można to główną nazwać).
