Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified several known issues following the Version 1.100.1 update on Mar. 12, and would like to inform you about a hotfix that will temporarily address some of these issues, as well as the Version 1.100.2 update scheduled for STEAM.

The hotfix will be applied simultaneously to both STEAM and mobile platforms, however, the version update will be applied to the STEAM version first.

For mobile platforms (AOS, iOS), updates must first go through each market's review process, making it difficult to apply the fixes immediately.

Managers currently playing on mobile platforms are advised to play on the STEAM version until the AOS and iOS updates are implemented.

Please refer to the details below for the schedule.

[ Issue Temporarily Adjusted via Hotfix ]
▶ Temporary Deactivation of Façade for The House of Spiders: The Middle Apprentice Ishmael

※ This measure is intended to only temporarily disable the Façade Projection for and of the Identity concerned. Managers who have already crafted this Façade will be able to use it normally after the next Scheduled Update.

[ Hotfix Schedule ]

  • Mar. 12 (Thu) 19:00 (KST)
  • A delay of approximately 10 minutes may occur.

※ The hotfix will be applied when reconnecting to the game without requiring a version update.
※ Please note that additional download data may occur when the hotfix is applied.

▶ Fixed an issue where game progression is blocked when an enemy unit uses the "Imperfect Imitation" Skill
▶ Fixed an issue where sprite resources would intermittently become transparent during Clashes in battle
▶ Fixed an issue where, when setting a Support Identity of a Sinner on the Company screen, another Sinner's Façade is projected under certain conditions

[ Details on Known Issues ]

▶ An issue where battle progression is blocked when The House of Spiders: The Middle Apprentice Ishmael's Façade is projected onto another Ishmael Identity and vice versa

[ Cause of the Issue ]

  • This issue occurred because The House of Spiders: The Middle Apprentice Ishmael's skill motion data was missing during the Façade data creation process.

[ Issue Fix ]

  • We have added The House of Spiders: The Middle Apprentice Ishmael's skill motion data to the Façade data.

[ Future Measures ]

  • To prevent similar issues from occurring, we will implement a process that automatically constructs skill data during Identity creation and add a verification process to check whether the required data for Façade Projection has been omitted.

▶ An issue where game progression is blocked when an enemy unit uses the "Imperfect Imitation" Skill

[ Cause of the Issue ]

  • This issue occurred because the skill motion data logic for each Coin was insufficiently processed during the creation of skill effects related to Façade.
    The "Imperfect Imitation" Skill copies the opponent's number of Coins. Freezing occurred when the number of Coins exceeded the predefined limit for motion data entries.

[ Issue Fix ]

  • The skill motion data logic for each Coin has been improved with stronger exception handling code based on the number of motions involved.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Following up on the notice posted on Mar. 4th titled [Notice: Details & Measures Regarding an Upgrade Item Error], we would like to inform you that the resources to be restored during the restoration process have been changed.

In the previous notice, we informed you that restoring resources would also result in a rollback of the Identity for which those resources were used to "Uptie Tier 1 and Level 1."
At present, however, LCB Sinner Identities are automatically Uptied to Uptie Tier III depending on the story progression.

As such, we have determined that there would be potential issues if the restoration of used resources were to proceed based on the previous criteria.
Accordingly, the restoration will instead revert the Identities that used these items to their state before "Takeoff Module – ID Uptie" or "Identity Takeoff Ticket" was used.

Please refer to the details below regarding the updated subsequent measures.

[ Subsequent Measures ]
▶ If you have encountered this upgrade item issue between Feb. 19th and Mar. 5th, 10:00 (KST; issue fix date), please send the details of your issue to our customer service email with your UID, and we will assist with restoring your affected items and Identities.

  • Restoration Period : All Managers who have submitted a customer service email before Mar. 31st (Tue), 18:00 (KST)

  • Restoration Recipients : All Managers who have used Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket between Feb. 19th 12:00 (KST) ~ Mar. 5th 10:00 (KST), but have had the upgrade applied to a different Identity than the one selected

  • Restorable Resources (Before changes on subsequent measures)

  1. Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket

  • An issue where, when Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault uses a Skill, certain voicelines that are supposed to trigger do not play

[ Issue Cause ]

  • This issue occurred during the Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault's combat animation development, due to certain animations not being connected to their corresponding voicelines.

[ Issue Fix ETA ]

  • Mar. 12th Scheduled Update

※ We had initially intended to deploy this bug fix as a hotfix, but it has additionally been identified that certain conditional voices require making modifications to the game's code. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that this issue will be addressed via the Mar. 12th Scheduled Update.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have deployed a hotfix to address certain issues identified in ver. 1.100.0, updated Mar. 5th.
Furthermore, we have identified a part of Lobotomy E.G.O::Hornet 【Alteration】 Meursault's Support Passive text that could be interpreted differently from our intent. We will update the passive effect's behavior to match its description, making it easier to activate.

※ Relevant Effect : - For this turn, if all Base Attack Skills equipped on allied Skill Slots are Pierce Skills, all allies heal 10 SP at Turn End

  • Before : This Skill was supposed to activate only when, for this turn, Pierce Base Skills are equipped on "all" allied Skill Slots - After : This Skill will now activate when, for this turn, all equipped Base Attack Skills are Pierce Skills (will trigger even when E.G.O or Defense Skills are equipped as well, as long as all equipped Base Attack Skills are Pierce Skills)

※ Taking into consideration that this Identity is a Walpurgis Night Identity, and that the description has room for different interpretations, we will be updating the Support Passive's behavior to match its current description, which allows for an easier activation of the effect.

However, as applying changes to the Support Passive requires a Client Build & review from the respective marketplaces, please understand that these changes will be applied via our next Scheduled Update.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

An issue was identified where, after the Feb. 19th Scheduled Update, using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver. 2 and ver. 3) could cause the game to enhance an Identity that the user did not select.

[ Issue ]
▶ An issue where, when using a Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver. 2 and ver. 3), there were rare cases where a different Identity than the selected Identity would be upgraded

[ Issue Occurrence Date & Affected Areas ]
▶ We have identified that the deployment of Feb. 19th, 2026's Bug Fixes & Improvements, which included the implementation of "optimization code to prevent lagging issues when using Identity Takeoff Ticket," causes the issue to trigger when using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie and Identity Takeoff Ticket (including ver.2 and ver.3).

[ Cause ]
▶ In order to alleviate the inconvenience caused by framerate drops that occurred when loading a full list of Identities to the in-game UI, we implemented an optimization code so that any slots that weren't visible to the user were asynchronously loaded to the game.
However, once that optimization was implemented, selecting certain Identities could cause incorrect Identity data to be relayed, causing the game to select a different Identity than the one the user selected.

[ Issue Fix ]
▶ As a temporary fix, we will roll back this optimization code deployment and prevent issues with selecting Identities. However, please note that frame rate drops may occur in the selection menu due to this rollback.
▶ An issue-free version of the optimization code will be deployed with the Mar. 12th (Thu) Scheduled Update.

  • 2026.03.05 12:00(KST)
  • This issue will be resolved via the Mar. 5th Scheduled Maintenance.
