Hello, this is Project Moon.

Following the Mar. 19th, 2026 Scheduled Update, we identified an issue in the 8th Walpurgis Night where a certain mission was not being counted properly, preventing players from claiming rewards.

This issue has now been resolved and deployed to the server. Please refer to the details below for more information.

[ Issue Details ]
– Following the Mar. 19th Scheduled Update, a mission under the "Hard" Difficulty in the 8th Walpurgis Night mission list was not counted properly, making it impossible to obtain its reward.
※ Affected mission: Complete all Missions in both Easy and Hard Difficulties

[ Cause of the Issue ]
– The mission's end date was incorrectly set during validation process, preventing mission progress even when all conditions were met.

[ Fix Details ]
– Corrected the valid period for the mission "Complete all Missions in both Easy and Hard Difficulties"
– Improved and deployed server logic to ensure mission progress is properly reflected

[ Fix Schedule ]
– Fix applied on Mar. 20th (Fri), 21:50 (KST)

※ The fix has been automatically applied as of Mar. 20th, 21:50. No additional update is required.

※ After the time listed above, mission progress will now be properly counted. We have confirmed that rewards can now be claimed.
For Managers who were unable to complete the mission due to this issue, please fully restart the game and reconnect.

We have completed the gameplay log investigation for the clear records rollback regarding the Refraction Railway Line 5 Buff error we had shared in our previous notice.

[ Refraction Railway Line 5 Error Measures ]
: Affected Managers & Affected Period
Managers who have cleared up to Section 3 after selecting "The Lone Gunman" buff effect in Refraction Railway between Mar. 12th (Thu) 12:00 (KST) ~ Mar. 19th (Thu) 10:00 (KST)

: Measure Details
(1) Rollback of records of runs cleared within the above period and a resetting of clear counts
(2) Restoration of Refraction Railway Line 5 progress to the point immediately after selecting the "The Lone Gunman" buff
(3) Update of the Refraction Railway Line 5 banner based on the record with the fewest turns taken to clear among the remaining records after rollback and reset

※ Please note that rewards already claimed from the Lost & Found after clearing Refraction Railway Line 5 within the affected period will not be rolled back.
※ For measure step (2), data will be restored to the run where Section 2 was cleared in the fewest turns.
※ Please note that step (2) will not be applied if you are currently progressing through Refraction Railway Line 5. If you wish for step (2) to be applied, you must fully clear Refraction Railway Line 5 or forfeit your run to delete the current progress data before the Scheduled Maintenance on Apr. 2nd (Thu).
※ If no remaining records exist for the application of measure step (3), your Refraction Railway Line 5 banner will be removed from your account.

※Unlike the original The House of Spiders: The Index Nursefather Yi Sang Identity, which uses randomized animations, the Façade of this Identity will use fixed animations when projected onto different Identities.
Please note this information prior to weaving its Façade for projection.

[ Issues to be fixed with the Mar. 19th Hotfix ]
▶ An issue where the burned-in date in the Target Extraction - LCB Regular Check-up BokGak's image is incorrect

We previously shared this week's Scheduled Update details on Monday, Mar. 16th, 2026. However, we have confirmed that some newly applied updates and known issues were unintentionally omitted and not communicated to our Managers.

Please note below for the details.

[ Additional Changes Applied in the Mar. 19th Scheduled Update ]

  1. New Entries for Dante's Notes
    After the Mar. 19th (KST) Scheduled Update, new entries will be added to Dante's Notes.
    ▶ Unlock Condition : Clear all Stages of Main Story Chapter 8.5

  2. E.G.O Gift "The End of all Evil" Fusion Recipe Change

  • Before : Imposed Weight + Cetacean Heart + Town-protecting Harpoon
  • After : Cetacean Heart + Town-protecting Harpoon

※ Fusing these E.G.O Gifts together meant that the player could no longer gain the benefits of the E.G.O Gift "Imposed Weight". Also, we have determined that, compared to other Fusion Gifts, fusing "The End of all Evil" with its relatively rare E.G.O Gift recipe was more difficult and expensive, while providing less benefit in return.

With this in mind, we will be lowering the Fusion difficulty and cost of this E.G.O Gift by removing the E.G.O Gift "Imposed Weight" from its recipe.

[ Known Issues in Mar. 19th Scheduled Update ]

▶ An issue where the new Target Extraction [LCB Regular Check-up BokGak] banner has an incorrect Extraction end-date
※ Please note that the actual end-date of this Extraction is, as previously shared,

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where a certain buff effect in Refraction Railway Line 5 began to work differently from its description after Mar. 12th (Thu) 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Update.

To address this issue, we will be temporarily closing Refraction Railway Line 5(RR5 henceforth), reverting certain clear records, and taking appropriate future measures.

[ Issue ]

  • An issue where the RR5 buff effect "The Lone Gunman" applies to all Identities
    ※ Relevant Effect : Raise Min & Max Speed values for the #1 Deployed Identity by 1. The said unit loses a Skill 1, but gains a Skill 3

[ Cause ]

  • This issue is a side effect of addressing an issue where, when certain buffs that increase or reduce per-rank Skill reserve are applied, certain Identities' unique Skills could be shown to have more than 0 copies

※ We have identified an issue regarding buff effects that change the per-rank Skill reserve.
This issue affects 4 following effects: "Training Team Captain", "Ready to Fire", "Welfare Team Captain" and "The Lone Gunman".

These buffs all have an effect that increases or decreases the number of copies for each Skill rank. Initially, the Skill reserve changing effects were applied based on the "order" of Skills owned by each Identity, not by the "rank" of each Skill.

This caused certain Skills that become available only upon meeting certain conditions, which are supposed to show "0 copies" in the UI, to show more than 0 copies while this effect is active.

With the Mar. 12th, 2026 Scheduled Update, we have deployed the fix so that the Skill reserve changing buff effect would apply based on the "rank" of each Skill, instead of the "order" of Skills owned by each Identity.

However, in the process of addressing this issue, the following issues were also identified.

1. Omission from "Bug Fixes & Improvements" List
: We failed to notify our Managers through the update notice about how this issue is to be fixed.
: The cause of this omission was that, due to a misstep, the list containing this particular update specification was not included in the announcement specification. As a result, the QA process was not properly undertaken for this change.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused to our Managers.

2. Error in the Application Scope of the "The Lone Gunman" Buff
: An error occurred in the effect application scope of "The Lone Gunman" buff while fixing the issue.

< Before the Mar. 12th, 2026 Update >

  • Effect applied only to the #1 Deployed Identity

< After the Mar. 12th, 2026 update >

  • Effect applied to all allies

: Although cross-verification was carried out between our developers during the process of fixing the "The Lone Gunman" buff effect, we failed to identify that the Deployment order-checking logic, which was previously applied, was omitted. We mistakenly determined that the fix was functioning correctly, which led to this issue.

: This issue will be addressed so that the buff functions as it did prior to the Mar. 12th Update.

[Future Measures]

To prevent similar issues, we will strengthen the following 3 procedures:

  1. When modifying preexisting specifications already released in the live version of the game, we will ensure that changes are shared with the person-in-charge of each team and keep the changes recorded in the update log.

  2. We will perform cross-checks to ensure update logs are properly recorded.

  3. When modifying existing code, we will use tools that allow comparison with the unchanged version to further verify any changes applied.

[ Refraction Railway Line 5 Clear Records to be Rolled Back ]

  • Rollback Users : Users who have cleared Refraction Railway Line 5 after selecting "The Lone Gunman" buff after the 2026.03.12 Scheduled Update.

※ We are currently investigating the clear records to verify the scope of affected users.
※ Even if it takes time, we promise an accurate investigation, and will share a detailed rollback plan with a future notice.

We will take greater care so that no same issue occurs again.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

The "Façade Projection" feature was added to the game with the Mar. 12th Version Update.
We offer our sincerest gratitude to Managers who have used this feature and shared their inquiries and suggestions with us.

We plan to deploy additional improvements to the "Façade Projection" feature in the future.
Please refer to the details below for the improvement schedule and planned changes.

[ Improvements Scheduled for the Mar. 26th Scheduled Update ]
▶ Voice playback frequency

  • We have identified an issue where identical voicelines may play repeatedly when using a Skill. To address this issue, we will be implementing a minimum playback interval to the Façade system.

▶ Skill motion display between the base Identity and the projected Identity

  • Some Skill motion displays appear unnatural due to differences in each Identity's number of Skills. To address this issue, we will improve the Façade system so that motions from other Skills of the projected Identity may also be displayed.

[ Improvements Planned for April ]
▶ We will identify and address further cases where Skill motion speeds vary inconsistently between the base Identity and the projected Identity when using the "Façade Projection" feature.

▶ Sorting and filtering functions will be added to the "Façade Projection" UI.

[ Other Improvements Under Development ]
▶ We will improve camera-related displays and cinematics to play more naturally when using the "Façade Projection" feature.

▶ A feature to select pre- or post-transformation Façade for Identities with transforming appearance is under development.

Other issues that have occurred or may occur due to Façade Projection will continue to be addressed and detailed through future Scheduled Update notices.
