Tourism in general from outside of Europe targets these countries the most I believe. Don't quote me on that one though, I don't have a source at hand.

Sounds like you've had some nice trips!! I can also highly recommend Strasbourg if you visit France and go around alot - such a pretty town (a lot of those around and that's just my personal recommendation).

100% agree.

But seriously: I don't want to gatekeep anyone here either, just found this meme funny and related to cartographyanarchy community so wanted to crosspost. I know a lot of people say "ha you visited Paris? You've seen nothing", but travelling is a privilege and no one can take away your nice experiences.

Take this post as a joke, not a statement :)

But also, like you said: can't say you know a place and culture very well if you only visited a few cities and stayed a week on a continent.

Wonderful news! And I wish I could contribute to the color scheme, but I've been told that I should stay far away from choosing good color palettes (and I agree).

Found it funny but to be fair same goes for many europeans who have been to North America. Probably max two states in US, rarely someone who has visited Canada, etc.

Another awesome tip I've learned today, thanks! Yeah often I remember the actual day I typed a specific command but must manually scroll through. This is another useful tip. I don't think I'll completely let go of history since it's also super convenient to just look up index and type !345 for example.

I feel like I forget those that I just don't use often enough, and when I would need them I default to what I know (which is always a slower way than knowing a shortcut) in a "hurry".

Guess I should just print them and tape the paper next to my monitor.

I used !<index> Together with history by giving an index displayed in the history list, but did not know that you can use it like that! Also didn't know about ^

Thanks for the tips!

This is why I follow linux memes, I don't know if I have ever bumped into CTRL+R but I finally can let go of

history

It's so fucked up. I've seen several professors (old as well as "young") trust the outputs of a LLM. Sure they might know the real answer and just forgot, but blindly trusting a LLM correcting your memory is just not very convincing.

I'm so glad I finished my education before all of this became a somekind of fucked up norm. I feel bad for younger folks though...
