Not in my experience. Even if you coat the eggs and them directly.

Ah, welcome to the club. They are the worst. There are nopesticides I'm comfortable with that work. Nasturtiums don't help. I'm having some luck killing adults and crushing all the eggs, but there's always some that survived. You have to do that weekly at a minimum. The only time I had any real luck was by skipping a year. But they'll come back the year after you grow more squash.

We should have a name for fairly sharing wealth. Like maybe, wealth-fair...... wait a second.

My fantasy is that Trump tries to have Elon killed/arrested but fails because he's rich and has very good guards. So then Elon sends someone to kill Trump, which is successful. Then Elon dies from some drug complications right after. If we're lucky, they both die after shitting their pants.

I've always been an indoors gamer type myself. Then when I was in my mid thirties I decided to grow a couple tomato plants in pots. Now I'm apparently a gardner. As much as I complain about it, I really like it. Seeing the seeds sprout, eating to veggies. I think I spend more growing than if I bought it, but I've still come to like it a lot.

Obvious horrors of rampant corruption aside, this is great. Either he uses it right away and it's full of bugs, or it gets retrofitted and he deals with the bad pr, which will at least upset him even though it won't unseat him. On top of that, he may die before it's done(fingers crossed).

🎶 They're making a list, probably not checking it twice, that's how they decide who gets deported by ICE. My government is turning fascist!

In the U.S., RFK has promised to personally consume every dead bird he finds on the side of the road.

Hey all, As the title suggests, I got a pest problem. I've tried diatomaceous Earth and spinosad spray, neither of which seem to work. I'm pretty sure they've killed my crop for this year. I'm wondering what you all do. I'm trying to avoid truly nasty pesticides, and I honestly don't have the drive to physically remove them, so for me, those two options are right out. I'm willing to keep trying spinosad, I think it's mostly that it rains a day or two later, and it's gone by the time the next batch of eggs hatch. Any suggestions are appreciated.
