Valve's Proton never included the build-in FSR that GloriousEggroll's Proton builds had. And it's been gone since GE-Proton 8-1.

Poor Marin, her perfect date idea ruined doubly by Gojou family not celebrating Christmas and Wakana's perfectionist workaholic mindset! Here's hoping this costume will be the one that makes Gojo actually happy with it, even if the validation has to come from someone else. That, or we might be due for a burnout chapter.
Senpai reminiscing about the early days and the growth both of them went through was nice. It's really wild how different the later chapters are from the start! Gotta love that sweet progress!
Kbin user here, you can't block an entire instance (yet), what the current domain block does is blocks all content linking to that specific domain. We can filter posts by languages in the settings (not sure if Lemmy has that feature) and block individual magazines which has been pretty good at helping me clear up my All feed.
I always try the native version first if a game has one (old "native" ports using Wine don't count) and only use Proton if it has serious problems. I want to see more Linux native games, and so I go out of my way to play them in their native version. There are some games that I own where the native version is clearly inferior to Proton, but for most it's equal, or only slightly worse at best (I mean "Pillars of Eternity not having cloak physics in native version" level worse).
Glad to see dormi.zone is here to stay! Good to have another place to discuss Warframe on, away from the white alien site. Weekly Reset thread sound like an awesome idea, I always forget when Teshin brings his Umbra Forma back (thanks for reminding me to grab it this week!) As for new thread ideas, maybe something like Grinding Tips thread (weekly might be too often though, maybe every new patch?) where people can discuss drop locations, tips and speed-ups for whatever the newest grind is. Might be a good place for people to find info without having to scour through wiki pages and video guides.
It really was revolutionary. The way NPCs interacted with each other, how they had whole schedules they went about daily and how the whole world interacted with the day/night cycle, like animals lying to sleep at night. Oblivion made a big deal out of their NPC interactions, but Gothic 1 already had an (arguably) better system in place back in 2001!
Gothic 1, the game that started me on this whole video game journey! One day a friend in primary school took me home after school to show off this new game he was playing. Before that, I only knew about browser Flash games so you can imagine how much Gothic 1 blew my mind! Kid me could never grasp the controls and I never actually finished the game until much later, but it was still THE game that opened my eyes to what video games could be, and later made me discover MMORPGs (which are what taught me English!)
DE has been killing it recently. After the flop that was Railjack, they really redeemed themselves with The New War, Angels of the Zariman and now Duviri. Circuit is incredibly fun with the ever changing loadouts, maps and objectives and the very sharp enemy scaling on Steel Path let's you really test your frames/weapons against quadruple digits enemies while powering yourself up with Decrees. For the Drifter part, I love that there is no rep grind to pursue, just Intrinsics that give you some extra power and that are acquired completely passively. The Incarnon Adapters are also a killer feature, giving life back to so many old weapons, many of which used to be meta back in the days.
At this point I'm more excited about community projects like Skyblivion, Skywind or Beyond Skyrim than the next official game with how long it's taking. Skyblivion is planned to release in 2025 and their new roadmap shows how close to the finish line they are.
I really hope for a Tigris Incarnon. If they can bring back the glory days of the old slash status Tigris, it would make me so happy!
Using LineageOS on my Moto G7 since I got it, no GApps at all. I plan to use it till the battery gives out and then get myself a latest Pixel and install GrapheneOS on it. De-googled Android is probably the best compromise of privacy/functionality you can get, Linux phones sadly are just not there in both hardware and software and I have no desire to trap myself in Apple's walled garden prison.
