Language studies seem fascinating to me, I always found the stuff my sister was doing in her studies pretty interesting. A friend of hers was even trying to become an interpreter, that sounds so difficult.
I don't think you can localize to a language. You localize to a region, you translate to a language. Localization goes beyond mere translation, they are different concepts.

Thirdly even Biden's executive was not enforcing the ban, apparently fearing the optics. Now we have gone from Biden's executive not enforcing the ban to Trump's executive not enforcing the ban. So there was no effective change.
Tiktok is just doing some political maneuvers here. They were the ones denying access for the last 24h for the optics. Not out of respect for the court's decision.

How much can you even overcomplicate things anyway. If you want to calculate any 10% increase all you have to do is to multiply by 110%, which is of course 1.1, but you don't even need to know that anymore if you use a good enough tool.

Norovirus suuuucks! I had it 2013, when I was doing my turn in our conscription military.
Usually you get to go home from Saturday morning until Sunday night, but they isolated the sick ones, to make sure we wouldn't infect others on the way home by train, or at home.
Lucky for me I got my symptoms when I was home already, so instead I wasn't allowed to travel back in.
But the virus was bad. Fluids shooting violently out of both ends and you feel sick as a dog all the while. I think it was intense but at least short. Maybe 3 days or so.
