In case anyone else wants to look them up, it's spelled with a third "i" instead of "e" Parmigiani Fleurier

Ah I found a mistake

(b) Telegraph

(1) Delay the transmission and delivery of telegrams to enemy destinations.

(2) Garble telegrams to enemy destinations so that another telegram will have to be sent or a long distance call will have to be made. Sometimes it will be possible to do this by changing a single letter in a word—for example, changing “minimum” to “maximum,” so that the person receiving the telegram will not know whether “minimum” or “maximum” is meant.

Surely the intended word is "manimum" because it's one letter from minimum and one letter from maximum.

Haha I hadn't seen that game before, thanks for that. Gauland is depicted exactly as ridiculous as he should be treated.

Ah interesting, here in Switzerland the rule was if you have a capable device that's enough. They didn't have to prove usage.

And now that they also stream online, any computer and smartphone counts. So they recently changed the rules to just charge every household.

I'm a bit confused by the wording. First the title only lists the entity indirectly, then the lead text uses the official name of the Publisher and calls it the Developer... I think in the end the action does actually target Cognosphere, better known as HoYoverse. Not MiHoYo.

The complaint is focused only on Genshin, but the proposed order does not seem to be limited to Genshin, instead it targets HoYoverse's behaviour in general.

So it seems to me the same rules for selling lootboxes and disclosing chances and offering direct sale without intermediary currency would apply to Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai as well.

I found this in their FAQ:

Currently our armour and equipment is supplied by Marutake Industries, a film and drama company that specialises in recreating samurai era equipment (www.yoroi.co.jp).

Here, I think it's this set:

Weird, it doesn't seem to reduce the amount of inappropriate art of their characters that much.

Oh yeah I don't think it would feel great, I'm just saying it's far enough from the LD50 that the answer to Anon's question "Do I survive?" would be yes. (Unless he's a child, or he has some preexisting condition making him more vulnerable to caffeine).

That's about 11 cups of coffee. Should be okay.

I calculated the LD50 times average adult weight divided by 100mg per cup before, and I think the result was over 100 cups.

UK’s shelved(?) plan

The UK Conservative Party government managed to send 4 people who cooperated to Rwanda before they lost the elections. It only cost them 700 million pounds.
