Unless you have actually been diagnosed by a specialist, it is recommended to stay a little skeptical.
I suspect poorly translated clickbait. We have seen that before with other accounts posting on this site (mostly to promote OF).

I am a (newly appointed) mod in the following communities: !precum@lemmynsfw.com, !coffeegonewild@lemmynsfw.com, !cocks@lemmynsfw.com and !penis@lemmynsfw.com.
That could be, I hope OP has some kind of source that is legit. They are also the mod of this community here so let's hope they are decent.
- !precum@lemmynsfw.com is completely unmoderated and does not seem to appear on your list. It is a community in which I have been posting before and it is not super active so perhaps I could mod that one (seems like an easy enough start). I will see whether I will be adding more OC there, too.
- !gonemild@lemmynsfw.com is a place where I am active as a poster since recently (we need more men there besides the women), so if the top mod there would like me to, I could try to help them out.
- !coffeegonewild@lemmynsfw.com is not on your lists, but has 1 mod who seems inactive. I am posting and consuming content there, so I am volunteering to mod there.
- I am active in !penis@lemmynsfw.com and !cocks@lemmynsfw.com as poster of OC. If the mod there needs help (both are on your last list) I could have a go at assisting a bit.
These should be plenty to start with I suppose.
You could ask them I guess, or just wait and see whether the admins will start responding to the comments in this thread.
In the sidebar there should be clickable account names, so you can go to their respective profiles and check for any activity on their end (at least posts & comments, not their mod efforts unfortunately).
It says "Whitney" in the top right corner and "FTV girls" in the bottom left. That should give you search terms lol.
