For me there is this contradiction that libs say: "Trump bad, he was ableist and a trash human!" and then turn around and use slurs at our instance, then get those comments removed and then say we are worse than 4chan for defending our comrades against ableism and transphobia. I just don't buy it that most libs are actually allies and aren't actually conflating the form (Trump not being civil) with the content (him being ableist).
Honestly I am not that left. I just want an internationalist world order in which the means of productions are under shared democratic rational control of the working class to enable survival on the world, sustainable eco systems and the realm of freedom which enables us to work little and enjoy being humans for the sake of being human. That isn't that much.

Having grown up in a white household that was becoming middle class with two parents who were pretty poor the academic success and thus negation of identity was quite important. Faults were not addressed, but ignored with neighbors but also within the family, status was to be kept up. So call outs were seen not as only attack against personhood but self itself.
