For what it’s worth, was an easy paywall to bypass. Firefox focus w/ trackers disabled and a VPN let me read it.

I read this recently (quoted in the article too). It was fascinating and explains the « why » :

Not looking to minimize of the situation or its assessment but the quotation in the article from Biden’s address actually reads:
“Hassan Nasrallah and the terrorist group he led, Hezbollah, were responsible for killing hundreds of Americans over a four-decade reign of terror. His death from an Israeli airstrike is a measure of justice for his many victims, including thousands of Americans, Israelis, and Lebanese civilians.”
It’s the killing of Hassan Nasrallah he calls “a measure of justice,” not Isreal’s attack…for what it’s worth.
Not to be super-pessimistic but the pharmaceutical industry seems to based upon encouraging awareness and promotion of name brands. Advertising and incentivizing doctors to prescribe promotes a system where the average patient has a hard time understanding and navigating, especially where the patient wants the best opportunity to treat a significant impact to their wellness.
