Even though I usually enable frame rate matching in the Apple TV settings for 24/25 HZ movies and series, I still experience occasional stuttering and freezing issues at 60HZ. When I switch to 25 or 50HZ, it seems to improve, but then the smoothness of the user interface suffers, which can be quite frustrating. I'm wondering if this issue has always existed. Interestingly, I don't encounter this problem when using Samsung TV native apps, but it occurs on Apple TV and Android TV boxes.

When I set the frame rate to 50 Hz on my Apple TV 4K 2022 device, there are no issues, but when I switch it to 60 Hz, I experience stuttering, lag, and a drop in FPS, especially with sports and football content, such as YouTube football match highlights.
