I'm thinking about that too. My rail system is poorly planned. Either I can rip up a ton of spaghetti track or start over. Maybe I should start over.
What it is Spez? How can people who use third party apps simultaneously be only 3% of the user base (I realize you proved he's wrong) and significant enough to ruin Reddit's profitability? Cause if you're going public and only three percent of your users can ruin Reddit's profitability you're in for a rough ride. Investors don't like too much risk.
I left my account, but deleted my posts. Not going back, only miss a few things like the BestOf board. That sub declined for sure but reliably had good content.
Same, my bathroom time has easily halfed lol. But seriously, I really like the idea of the Fediverse, if I understand it right. Like, each 'sub-reddit' is it's own service, distributed from each other. Rather than Reddit which is centralized. I absolutely miss certain things about Reddit, /r/bestof was my longest subscribed sub. I don't think I'll be going back unless/u/Spez does A LOT of back tracking and apologizing.

To be fair developing tech has accelerated consistency since you were a child. No one actually understands the cutting edge of tech now, those supposed great AIs. If you understand the basics of AI then you're far ahead of the curve.
