EVs are only going to save the car industry. To fix it requires a redesign of cities (see Strongtowns, not justbikes, city beautiful, etc.).
Nail on the head! EVs fix one problem, but the biggest problem is the idea of the personal vehicle. Most people shouldn't have a personal vehicle, especially for people who live in medium cities or larger. There should be a sort of car share instead.
I can go digging through my old research to find a citation, but for Western labour markets this has been proven to be true. Generally speaking who move between employers every few years generally earn more than people who remain at the same employer for long periods of time. This does not apply to individuals who occupy incredibly neich professions, like if fewer than 100 people total in an entire country are capable of doing that job.
Just remember that I stuck my neck out for you. We've got a lot work coming in and I'll need you to pick up some of the slack. Who knows, maybe this time next year you could be a team leader and switch over to salary. It opens a lot of opportunities.
By George I think you have it! Using radial coordinates and a calzone model a pizza is toast but a stuffed crust pizza is a calzone. How could I have never seen this before?! It's brilliant!
Soon I'm going to be part of our safety management team, I respect this type of attitude. I don't want all of our employees being exhausted all day, that's dangerous. Go home, get rest, relax, come back 100% tomorrow. Any other attitude is unsustainable and irresponsible. I do appreciate the need to SOMETIMES work overtime. I'd really like to understand the positive feedback loop that's involved with excessive overtime but that's not my specific field of study.
The sushi model is more robust as it more accurately defines the thermal dynamics of the stuffed crust system. A calzone model includes closed off face, while the faces can be pinched to an infinitesimal point to create a stuffed crust like pizza. Those faces still introduce a thermal graduate to the cheese and won't replicate the results of when we cook our awesome pizza. If instead we permit the sushi model to exist in non-eucludian space we can accurately define a stuffed crust pizza with the sushi model by bending our dimensions. As a result of this the cheese-face interface is better described however it also must exclude the calzone model for describing a stuffed crust pizza.

Possibly but it also might cause it to go into overdrive. The immune systems ultimate goal is to find things that are not you that are inside of you and remove them. An immune system with no interaction with the outside environment could be vulnerable to very mild infections or it could start to recognize parts of itself as foreign and attack itself, otherwise known as autoimmune disease. It's a complicated system that we don't fully understand, although we have a pretty good understanding.
