They were enemy combatants because they were within bombing radius of an enemy combatant. That was the American logic in Iraq and Afghanistan in order to print more humane-looking civilian casualty numbers

It's shameful that Trudeau himself started the unwinding of the carbon tax. This home heating exclusion for Atlantic Canada was the beginning of the end.

Too bad I just had my second round of COVID at the end of August. If this booster had been available a couple of months earlier maybe I would have been able to prevent it! Thankfully because of the vaccines both times I've had it were mild

... Or, you know, just adapt the recipe. Not simping for shrinkflation here, but it's pretty dumb to buy more than you need just to exactly match a recipe for queso. Shit ain't analytical chemistry

For Silk I've seen the 1.75L containers for quite a while. They are limited to the special varieties with more expensive ingredients such as the one with additional protein. I doubt this is an example of shrinkflation

As an adult it is a mix of leg jiggling and rubbing my finger nails against my thumbs. As a child I used to tap out rhythms with my heels and toes, much to the chagrin of my teachers and classmates.

Mathematical notation was designed to be written by hand. It is at least as clear and descriptive as any syntax from a programming language. You're pretending that the abstraction behind a for loop is somehow less than that behind a sum or product notation.
