Yeah she said if her live happened as originally planned then it would have been before everyone's graduations. I'm not sure if when the delay happened she already knew about Fauna and Mumei, but she mentioned they had graduation dates set long before it was publicly announced.
When Kiara talked about Gura's graduation she mentioned that hololive events are planned months in advance and so the people leaving might have already been planned to be a part of some event. She said Fauna, Mumei, and Gura were all meant to be guests in this but it had to be changed due to graduation plans. I'm going to assume Ame was also already planned to do this event before she left.

An interesting bit he brings up is how researchers put prosthetics over peoples' ears to change the shape and it caused them to temporarily lose their echo location ability. It went back to normal over the course of several days as the brain adjusted to how the new shape of the ear bounced sound.
