Poles said he would have to be "Blown Away" to move off of Fields. We all heard him say it, right? Well, Stroud is now having the greatest rookie year for a QB in history. Not the last 10 years. Not the last 25 years. ALL TIME.
It IS fair to ask why Poles was not blown away -- and to question either what the scouts missed or the process of selecting talent. To NOT do so would be stupid.
That's because we have yet to pick outside of the Top 3 with Poles.
I find it hilarious that they didn't even attempt a forward pass in the 2nd half. Just ran it through their faces. THAT'S WHAT THIS TEAM SHOULD DO.
I think Harbaugh or Ben Johnson would be a better coach than Eberflus. I think Adam Peters would be a much better GM than Ryan Poles. If you think that makes me a "bad fan" IDGAF.
