No idea whose fault it is that he couldn't stay on TV consistently, or even if it's really anybody's fault when it comes down to it, but maybe a change of scenery will do him good. And hey, WWE is a much better place now than when he left, so maybe they'll pick him up and he'll do well there.
They might be moderately more competent, but they likely won't have his charisma and cultural cache. A lot of more competent fascists have tried to steal his thunder, and they've all ended up either kissing his ring (Vance) or flaming out spectacularly (DeSantis).
So, I've had repeated issues with using the Triller TV app to watch PPVs on my Nvidia Shield, as I mentioned in the last AEW PPV thread. I left a negative review on the Play Store, and they replied asking me to reach out to support, so I did, only to be told the Shield is not a supported device.
Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed. I know my Shield is getting a bit long in the tooth at this point (it is a 2015 model), but it is still a really good piece of kit I'd rather not replace, and it does run a fairly modern version of Android TV (version 12). That they're not even willing to try to support it is kinda baffling, tbh.
Anyway, all that to say, what are y'all using to watch wrestling PPVs on Android TV? I guess I can do YouTube, but Google has enough money. Is PPV.com any good?
