I guess everywhere is different, but in my experience this isn't even close to being true which makes it rather unfunny. I worked at an international airport for many years and the security staff were some of the nicest people there. Never had an issue with security at any of the airports I've passed through, either. This sketch just gives off classist vibes, to be honest.

Does anyone else have a soft plastics recycling program run by their local council? We've had a trial for about a year, now in its second phase. Hopefully it can be successfully expanded to other households.
I just like uplifting trance and you don't get to hear it in a film often.
The trailer for this film was very promising but it was unfortunately quite forgettable beyond its club scene, which was one of the best I've seen in a long time.
I could be wrong, but weren't most of the slurs coming from Cartman?
Why couldn't they cancel this instead of The Wheel of Time? Not that I was particularly fond of the latter, but at least it was an adaptation of a new fantasy world.
At $799, the Nothing Phone 3 is competing with devices like the Pixel 9 and OnePlus 13, both of which have it beat in the camera department, and the OnePlus phone is faster.
Similar price to a OnePlus, with worse performance...what is the point of this guy's new company again?
I think it's mostly just the "China = BAD" factor because of Tencent's part-ownership.
Yes, he had so much presence. Commands every scene he's in!
I tried watching 'For All Mankind' with my partner but we gave up after a couple of episodes. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, but all the relationship and 1960s social drama stuff is quite dull and it feels like a show that will take an absolute eternity to "get good", if it actually does. With four seasons already out, we decided to cut our losses before we waste more time with it.
I have also been watching a low budget Canadian mystery series called 'Something Undone', which is about a true crime podcast duo investigating a cold case in a small town. I'm only a few episodes in, but I really like the cinematography and small town feel of the show. There's not a lot of dialogue, and quite a bit is communicated visually instead. It reminds me of the many small town mystery audiodrama podcasts out there with writing that is as clichéd as the rest of them yet somehow still entertaining. It has that "cosy watch in bed" kind of vibe and the episodes aren't too long either. It's also fun because it has quite a few actors I've seen in other Canadian productions, such as 'The Expanse' and 'Kim's Convenience', but who never had this much screen time in those shows. One of the leads, Michael Musi, played a very silly role in the latter of those shows so it's interesting to see him play a much more serious role here.
I was wondering what your opinion was on that race. Both UAE riders seemed quite strong on the day yet Ciccone won relatively easily in the end. In fact, the commentator on the stream I was watching said with about 40 km to go something like "no one else other than Del Toro is winning today" because he and UAE were looking so strong at that stage.
